Custom apps, logins, complex backends, and large stores need a separate scope. Domains, hosting, and paid services are separate.
03 / A CLEAR WAY FORWARD
From a first hello to a finished website.
One point of contact. Written updates. Two focused rounds of feedback.
01
Make it clear.
We review your business, audience, pages, and materials. You approve a written scope and the launch schedule.
02
Bring it to life.
After your 50% deposit and complete materials, we design and build a preview. A person reviews the work before you see it.
03
Make it yours.
Share one complete feedback list per round. We work through two focused revision rounds and check the finished pages.
04
Ready for the world.
Approve the final preview and pay the balance. We launch, hand over the source and instructions, and begin 30-day bug support.
FOR DESIGN & MARKETING AGENCIES
Your client. Your brand. Our build.
A website delivery partner for the projects you bring in.
You own the client relationship and consolidate feedback. We handle the agreed build, testing, and handoff through one agency contact. Branding and confidentiality are agreed before we start.
The package is designed for company websites, professional service firms, startup and product marketing sites, and focused landing pages. SaaS marketing websites are included; application functionality falls outside the package.
Are the showcase websites real client projects?
Fieldwork and Orbit are original Agentech concept projects for fictional businesses. They demonstrate our approach to design and development. They do not represent commissioned client work or verified business outcomes.
When does the 5–7 business day timeline start?
The delivery period begins once the project scope is approved, the 50% deposit is received, and all required content and assets are supplied. We confirm the start date in writing. Delayed feedback, incomplete materials, or approved scope changes may affect the schedule.
What do I need to provide?
Please provide a business brief, target audience, page requirements, logo, copy, images, and reference websites. Designate one representative to consolidate feedback and approve deliverables. Basic copy refinement is included; original copywriting and brand development require a separate scope.
What is outside the package?
The package excludes custom applications, user authentication, complex backends, large e-commerce systems, ERP, CRM, and marketplace platforms. Additional pages, languages, CMS functionality, and other requirements are assessed and quoted separately before work begins.
Are hosting and domains included?
Deployment configuration is included. Domain registration, hosting, licensed assets, and third-party subscriptions are separate costs, confirmed before work begins. Domain and hosting accounts are established under your ownership.
How do revisions and bug support work?
The package includes two rounds of consolidated revisions within the approved scope. Additional rounds, new features, or changes in direction require a separate quotation. For 30 days following launch or handoff, we resolve defects in the delivered functionality. Content updates and ongoing maintenance are excluded.
Do we need lots of meetings?
A single project contact coordinates communication through email or project messages. When written communication is insufficient, we arrange a focused call of up to 20 minutes to resolve the outstanding requirements.
